I pretty much studied your wonderful review as well as a few others so I kind of knew what to expect. It did not disappoint! In fact my boyfriend and I couldn't stop talking about the food and the experience until then next morning. We started with the Three Sisters Composition, I enjoyed the Kurobata Pork and Will had the buffalo. Absolutely wonderful. I'm counting the days when we go back. Watching the sunset over the Estrella mountains with undeveloped desert in the foreground cannot be easily be matched. It is best to spend a few hours wandering around the complex before - or after dinner. You can take a boat ride down the simulated Gila River to the casino if you are feeling lucky. That's some meal! Happy Anniversary guys. I love Kurabota pork. I'm not sure what makes it different from regular pigs, but it's juicier and has more of a concentrated pork flavor. Good stuff. Although, is Chandler cool enough to warrant a fireplace? I know it might just be purely decorative, but to me a fireplace in Phoenix makes just about as much sense as an air conditioner in Antarctica. Holy smokes! That’s some meal! Happy Anniversary guys.
